Harvest Integrated Research Organization (HiRO), a China-based ’boutique’ Contract Research Organization (CRO), has expanded its presence in the US through the strategic acquisition of DeltaMed Solutions. DeltaMed, located in Somerset, New Jersey, is a CRO that specializes in a suite of services including biostatistics, programming, data management and monitoring, real-world evidence-related services, and general medical affairs. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
HiRO has previously expanded its international footprint through two acquisitions: PharmaSols in Australia in 2021 and US-based Courante Oncology in 2023. With these acquisitions, HiRO now has a comprehensive coverage across key markets including Mainland China, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Ireland, and the United States.- Flcube.com
