Financial Details and Profit Assurance
The acquisition values Goodfeel Dental Clinic at approximately RMB 300 million (USD 44.6 million). Goodfeel has assured that the net profits of the target company will not be lower than RMB 17 million (USD 2.5 million) in 2022, RMB 23 million (USD 3.4 million) in 2023, and RMB 30 million (USD 4.46 million) in 2024.
