China-based Ping An Healthcare and Technology Co., Ltd (HKG: 1833), also known as PingAn Good Doctor, released its Q1 2025 financial report. The company recorded RMB 1.062 billion (USD 145.5 million) in revenue, marking a 25.8% year-on-year (YOY) increase. Net profit reached RMB 33.188 million (USD 4.5 million), compared to a loss of RMB 37.778 million (USD 5.2 million) in the same period last year.

Financial and Operational Highlights
Revenue from the company’s enterprise health business, targeting financial institutions (F-end) and business clients (B-end), grew by 43% YOY. The growth was driven by innovative models such as “insurance + medical/elderly care membership” and coordinated medical claims settlement. During the reporting period, the company served over 2,100 enterprise clients, with the number of paying B-end users increasing by more than 45% year-on-year.

Service Expansion and AI Innovation
PingAn Good Doctor continued to strengthen its family doctor and elderly care manager service hubs. By the end of the reporting period, family doctor membership benefits covered over 20 million users, and the user base for home-based elderly care services grew by 15% compared to the end of 2024. The company also launched “Ping An Xin Yi,” an AI-powered medical assistant that leverages advanced digital human technology and large AI models to provide users with diverse services, including online consultations, medical visit assistance, and medication reminders, across over 20 healthcare scenarios.-Fineline Info & Tech
