China-based Hainan Haiyao Co., Ltd. (SHE: 000566) has entered into a five-year strategic collaboration agreement with Malaysia-based Elken Global SDN BHD. This partnership establishes a bilateral exclusive distribution arrangement for integrated wellness products from Elken and traditional Chinese medicine formulations from Hainan Haiyao, aligning with China’s Belt & Road healthcare cooperation initiatives.
Partnership Details
Under the agreement, Hainan Haiyao will act as the exclusive agent for Elken’s wellness products in mainland China, taking responsibility for product promotion and sales. In return, Elken will serve as the exclusive agent for Hainan Haiyao’s traditional Chinese medicine products in Malaysia, supporting the expansion of Hainan Haiyao’s presence in Southeast Asian markets.
Collaborative Efforts
