China-based Shenyang Xingqi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (SHE: 300573) announced plans for a private placement of up to 73,604,683 shares, aiming to raise up to RMB 850 million (USD 118 million). The funds will be used to construct a research and development (R&D) center and supplement working capital.
