China-based Kindstar Global (HKG: 9960) announced the establishment of a joint venture (JV) with US-headquartered Biostate AI, a leader in artificial intelligence (AI) and RNA sequencing. The collaboration aims to enhance the clinical application and commercialization of AI in precision medicine by integrating their strengths in data resources, AI algorithms, and biotechnology.
JV Objectives and Contributions
Under the agreement, Kindstar will provide RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data resources to support AI model training for the JV. Biostate AI will utilize its expertise in multi-omics sequencing and AI algorithms, along with its Barcode-Integrated Reverse Transcription (BIRT) technology, to perform high-throughput analysis of RNA species in biological samples.-Fineline Info & Tech
