Shanghai Sanyou Medical Co., Ltd. (SHA: 688085), based in China, is set to acquire the remaining 48.2% stake in SMTP Technology Co., Ltd. that it does not already own, in a transaction valued at RMB 415.7 million (approximately USD 58.2 million).
SMTP Technology is a high-tech medical device company focused on the innovative development of ultrasonic surgical equipment. The company conducts its own research and development, manufacturing, and sales operations.
