Boao Yiling Life Care Center has successfully completed the inaugural use of a dental comprehensive treatment table and a dental healing cap (MED) licensed from Germany’s Sirona Dental Systems GmbH and Israel’s Magdent Ltd. This milestone was achieved under the “first pilot, first trial” special medical policy in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone.
The dental comprehensive treatment table, which boasts the prestigious German Design IF Red Dot Design Award, integrates advanced oral diagnosis and treatment functionalities. Key features include root canal shape guidance recognition, automatic implant navigation prompts, and a high-standard fully automated waterway disinfection system. These innovations significantly enhance the success rates of implant surgeries. The table received EU CE certification and was officially launched in October 2021.
In addition, the dental healing cap (MED) serves as a miniature bone growth stimulator (BGS) and was awarded CE mark certification on January 3, 2022. This device accelerates bone formation around dental implants by generating a pulsed electromagnetic field for up to 30 days, facilitating the healing process for patients undergoing dental implantation.
