Drug Profile & Mechanism of Action
Anbenitamab (Ennituo): A HER2 bispecific antibody co‑developed with Alphamab Oncology, binding two non‑overlapping HER2 epitopes to block signalling, enhance ADCC and CDC effects, and downregulate cell‑surface HER2. CSPC is the sole marketing authorisation holder (MAH) and trademark owner in the Chinese Mainland.
HB1801 (Docetaxel, Albumin‑Bound): A nanomedicine‑platform product free of polysorbate 80 and ethanol — requiring no steroid premedication and enabling rapid high‑concentration infusion. It is the first modified chemotherapy formulation in China to receive Breakthrough Therapy Designation (BTD).
SYS6043: A B7‑H3‑targeted ADC carrying a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload with a DAR of approximately 6, Fc‑silencing design and cleavable linker to enhance anti‑tumour activity while reducing off‑target toxicity.
JMT108 (SYS6090): An anti‑PD‑1/IL‑15 asymmetric bifunctional Fc fusion protein — one arm blocks the PD‑1/PD‑L1 axis, the other activates IL‑15 receptor signalling — with a molecular design intended to limit systemic immune toxicity.
SYS6023: A HER3 ADC whose topoisomerase I inhibitor payload is not a substrate for efflux pumps, a potential advantage over DXd‑payload ADCs in overcoming drug resistance.
JSKN003 (Anbenitamab Repodatecan): A homogeneous, site‑specifically conjugated HER2 bispecific ADC (DAR 4) demonstrating better serum stability, reduced haematologic toxicity and a stronger bystander effect, expanding the therapeutic window.
HB1901: An albumin‑bound sirolimus (mTOR inhibitor) nanoparticle designed to overcome the low bioavailability and GI toxicity of oral formulations; the PEComa study is the first randomised controlled trial in this rare tumour.
Regulatory & Clinical Milestones

Market Impact & Outlook
Oncology Franchise Depth: Eight presentations spanning seven tumour types demonstrate the breadth of CSPC’s in‑house R&D engine, from bispecific antibodies and ADCs to bifunctional immunotherapies and nanomedicine reformulations.
Late‑Breaking Recognition: The selection of two LBAs — including a Proffered Paper for the first‑line HER2‑positive breast cancer Phase III — signals data of practice‑changing potential in one of oncology’s most competitive segments.
Breast Cancer Leadership Strategy: CSPC has built a comprehensive neoadjuvant–adjuvant–first‑line development strategy for the Anbenitamab + HB1801 combination, with both Phase III studies having met their primary endpoints.
ADC Platform Momentum: SYS6043 is entering pivotal Phase III studies in ovarian, breast and small cell lung cancer, while JSKN003 has multiple registrational studies ongoing across breast, ovarian and colorectal cancer.
Commercial Readiness: As sole MAH in the Chinese Mainland for Anbenitamab and JSKN003, and leveraging an established commercialisation system, the Group is positioned to translate trial wins into market access rapidly.
