Under the terms of the agreement, EGI will source the fully automated immunohistochemical staining systems Titan and Titan S, along with associated detection reagents and cleaning solutions, from Strong Bio for a period of five years, extending to 2028. EGI will hold exclusive distribution rights for these products within the agreed territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The territories are categorized in order of priority as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The United States and Germany;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and six European countries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. EU member states, Norway, South Korea, Japan, Colombia;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Brazil, India, Indonesia, Israel, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
