The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study is investigating the efficacy of ICP-332 in patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ICP-332, classified as a Category 1 innovative drug, is proprietary to InnoCare with intellectual property protection. TYK2, a non-receptor tyrosine kinase within the Janus kinase (JAK) family, is a crucial enzyme in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, playing a significant role in T cell inflammation pathogenesis.
