SY-1530 is an in-house developed, highly selective, irreversible next-generation BTK kinase inhibitor currently undergoing Phase II studies for recurrent\/refractory B-NHL. Globally, multiple BTK inhibitors have been approved for marketing, with indications including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), and Waldenstr\u00f6m’s macroglobulinemia (WM).
