Innovative Gene Therapy for Hemophilia B<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

BBM-H901 is being developed as both a prophylactic and treatment option for bleeding in adults with hemophilia B. Notably, it is recognized as the first adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy for hemophilia B to receive Investigational New Drug (IND) approval for a registrational clinical study in China. The clinical results for BBM-H901 were published in prestigious journals, including The Lancet Hematology and the New England Journal of Medicine, in 2022. During this period, the therapy also received breakthrough therapy designation (BTD) in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
