Novartis will take the lead on subsequent development, manufacturing, and commercialization activities. Under the terms of the deal, Ratio is set to receive up to USD 745 million in upfront and potential milestone payments, as well as tiered royalty payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ratio Therapeutics&#8217; R&amp;D Platforms<\/strong><br>Ratio Therapeutics boasts proprietary R&amp;D platforms, Trillium and Macropa, which facilitate the development of fit-for-purpose radiopharmaceuticals for both therapy and imaging.
