The plan outlines a strategic approach to enhance the comprehensive public health service capacity and elevate the health standards of residents to the leading position in the western region by 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Actions and Objectives of the Plan<\/strong><br>The plan includes several key actions to achieve its objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Public Health Management System Reform:<\/strong> The reform aims to improve the public health management system, ensuring efficient governance and administration of public health services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality of Public Health Services:<\/strong> The plan focuses on enhancing the quality of public health services, promoting the standardization of disease control centers, and strengthening monitoring and warning systems, public health testing, risk assessment of health risk factors, and comprehensive public health supervision capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technological Support and Talent Development:<\/strong> Technological support for public health talents will be provided, expanding the total number of public health professionals and cultivating high-level public health talents.
