The study involves the anti-TIGIT biologic tiragolumab, used with and without the PD-L1 inhibitor Tecentriq (atezolizumab), for patients with PD-L1-high locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genentech clarified that at the time of the data cut-off, with a median follow-up of 15.5 months, the data for the primary endpoint of overall survival (OS) was not mature.
