Provincial and municipal health commissions are instructed to conduct drug demand assessments for primary medical and health institutions, taking into account the disease spectrum, diagnosis and treatment capabilities, and drug supply. The focus is to be on drugs listed in the National Essential Drugs List (NEDL), National Reimbursement Drug List (NRDL), and those involved in volume-based procurement. The drug catalog of the compact medical consortium should be dynamically adjusted in response to changes in clinical drug demand and updates to the NEDL and NRDL, with an adjustment period not exceeding one year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
