CMAB009: A Promising Anti-EGFR Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody<\/strong>
CMAB009 is a recombinant anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) chimeric monoclonal antibody designed for the first-line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in combination with FOLFIRI. The molecule is prepared using a specific expression process that effectively avoids glycosylation modification, which is known to potentially cause hypersensitivity.
