The SAMR emphasizes that all forums must adhere to national laws and regulations, particularly in terms of political direction, value orientation, and public opinion guidance. Enterprises and social organizations without legal registration or without actual organizers are prohibited from holding public forums. Forum names must be accurate, standardized, and consistent, avoiding arbitrary use of terms like “China,” “National,” “International,” “World,” “Summit,” “High-end,” or “Peak.” The theme of any forum or summit must align with the organizer’s scope of responsibilities, and sub-forums and parallel forums must closely relate to the main forum’s theme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cracking Down on Illegal Activities<\/strong>
The document highlights a strict stance against illegal and irregular activities during forums, focusing on those organized by unregistered entities, “copycat” forums, and those involving fraud or wealth collection under the guise of forums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
