The National Health Commission (NHC) has issued a set of guidelines aimed at strengthening clinical specialized department capacities.     Health administrative departments at all levels are encouraged to guide Class 3 medical institutions within their jurisdiction to determine the direction of priority construction and development. They are tasked with establishing a systematic and complementary clinical specialized department group, forming a Class 3 hospital clinical specialized department service network that covers the main and major diseases within their jurisdiction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Specialized Department Capacity Building in Medical Institutions<\/strong>
    The implementation of a “1+N” discipline cluster model is proposed, where advantageous disciplines and key supporting disciplines collaborate to build a clinical specialized department for diagnosis and treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Optimization of Clinical Specialized Department Construction and Management<\/strong>
    Clinical teams and talent echelons should be built around specialized technical leaders and core experts to cultivate clinical specialized department technical characteristics. Specialized departments will be regarded as single units of medical quality and safety management under the two-level responsibility system between the hospital and the department.
