The investment is designated to support the research and development of the company’s pipeline programs, including the KRAS G12C-targeted glecirasib and other key projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jacobio’s Robust Pipeline and Intellectual Property<\/strong>
Founded in 2015, Jacobio has established a strong presence in the pharmaceutical industry with a dozen investigational programs and over 300 patents. The company’s commitment to innovation is further evidenced by clinical trials being conducted in more than 100 hospitals globally. Jacobio’s pipeline includes a range of promising drug candidates, with glecirasib (JAB-21822), an in-house developed KRAS G12C inhibitor, at the forefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strategic Partnerships and Recent Developments<\/strong>
The company previously entered into a licensing agreement with AbbVie, which granted the US firm global rights to Jacobio’s SHP2 inhibitors JAB-3312 and JAB-3068.
