The Eye Lipid Mobilizer (ELM) is a device designed to treat moderate-to-severe dry eye syndrome by stabilizing the lipid layer of the eye tear film. Its therapeutic effect lies in reducing tear evaporation and promoting eye surface health. ELM uniquely combines multiple mechanisms to transfer heat to the eyelid, reducing the viscosity of lipids in the Meibomian gland.
