LIF as a Target for KRAS-driven Tumors<\/strong>
LIF is a key target in KRAS-driven tumors, including pancreatic and colorectal cancers. Studies have demonstrated that LIF plays a crucial role in KRAS-driven cancer models, and blocking LIF with antibodies can improve treatment outcomes. JAB-BX300, Jacobio’s LIF mAb, has shown significant anti-tumor activity in the xenotransplantation model of humanized pancreatic cancer in mice, highlighting its potential in treating these aggressive cancers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
