It was developed using DualityBio\u2019s proprietary Duality Innovative Bispecific Antibody Conjugate (DIBAC) platform. In preclinical studies, the drug has shown higher binding affinity to tumor cells and demonstrated efficacy potential across various solid tumors, including those that are EGFR-resistant, EGFR-low, or HER3-resistant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial Terms of the Agreement<\/strong><br>Under the terms of the agreement, Avenzo will develop, manufacture, and commercialize AVZO-1418\/DB-1418 globally (excluding Greater China).
