HSK38008: Prostate Cancer Treatment<\/strong>
HSK38008 is the world’s first oral androgen splicing variant degrading agent for the treatment of prostate cancer. The drug degrades the splicing variant of the androgen receptor through the proteasome pathway, blocking the transmission of the androgen receptor signal pathway. This mechanism inhibits the growth and proliferation of prostate cancer cells, positioning HSK38008 as a potential breakthrough therapy in oncology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HSK7653: Long-Acting DPP-4 Inhibitor<\/strong>
HSK7653 is an in-house developed long-acting dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor designed to improve endogenous glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) plasma concentrations, thereby enhancing blood sugar control. Previous clinical studies have shown that HSK7653 effectively reduces blood sugar levels without causing gastrointestinal adverse reactions or weight gain.
