The draft clearly prohibits the online sale of certain high-risk and controlled substances to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prohibited Drugs<\/strong><br>The draft proposal prohibits the online sale of the following categories of drugs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vaccines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blood products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Narcotic drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psychotropic drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toxic drugs for medical use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Radioactive drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pharmaceutical precursor chemicals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparations of medical institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Granules of traditional Chinese medicine formula<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional Restricted Drugs<\/strong><br>Other drugs banned from online sales include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Injectables (except for hypoglycemic drugs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ephedrine compound preparations and dextromethorphan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protein assimilation agents and peptide hormones (except insulin) listed in the Doping List<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>43 high-risk medication varieties, such as digoxin, propafenone, and nemonoxacin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Public Consultation<\/strong><br>The NMPA is seeking public feedback on the draft proposal to refine the regulations and ensure they effectively address the risks associated with online drug sales.
