Financial details were not disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bio-Thera&#8217;s Portfolio<\/strong><br>Bio-Thera has four marketed biologic drugs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qletli<\/strong> (adalimumab biosimilar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avzivi<\/strong> (bevacizumab biosimilar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shiruili<\/strong> (tocilizumab biosimilar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beitaning<\/strong> (batifiban)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Two products, <strong>Tofidence<\/strong> and <strong>Avzivi<\/strong>, are approved in the US and European Union. Another product, <strong>BAT2206<\/strong> (ustekinumab biosimilar), is awaiting regulatory decisions in China, the US, and EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strategic Outlook<\/strong><br>The alliance will enable both companies to expand their global footprint by combining R&amp;D, manufacturing, and commercial capabilities.
