Two China-based companies, the Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization (CRDMO) BioDuro-Sundia and X-Chem, have announced a long-term partnership. X-Chem’s DNA-encoded chemical library (DEL) platform will be integrated into BioDuro-Sundia’s one-stop drug discovery platform to provide higher value to its global clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partnership Details<\/strong>
X-Chem’s DEL platform includes a collection of over 250 billion novel, diverse lead-and drug-like small molecule compounds targeting challenging, high-value therapeutic targets. BioDuro-Sundia will complement this platform by providing protein screening services, ensuring that clients using the DEL platform can verify that potential targets meet the requirements for compound library screening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

X-Chem’s Track Record<\/strong>
X-Chem has reportedly carried out over 100 research projects in the US, Europe, and Japan, identifying more than 1,000 validated hit compounds.
