The collaboration aims to advance the exploration of combining 3SBio&#8217;s 707 and Sichuan Biokin&#8217;s BL-B01D1 for the treatment of solid tumors in mainland China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Drug Profiles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>707:<\/strong> Developed by 3SBio using its independent dual antibody platform, 707 is a PD-1 and VEGF bispecific antibody (BsAb). It is currently in Phase II studies for first-line PD-L1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as a monotherapy and for first-line NSCLC, metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), and advanced gynecological tumors (including endometrial and ovarian cancers) in combination with other therapies. 707 has also received clinical approval in the US.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BL-B01D1:<\/strong> This antibody drug conjugate (ADC) targeting EGFR and HER3 is developed in-house by Sichuan Biokin. It is currently undergoing a total of 30 clinical studies in the US and China across multiple tumor types, including seven Phase III studies as a monotherapy in later-line tumors. In the US, BL-B01D1 is being evaluated in a Phase I study as a monotherapy in multiple solid tumors and in a Phase I\/IIa study in advanced solid tumors in combination with osimertinib and pembrolizumab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collaboration Details<\/strong><br>The partnership between 3SBio and Sichuan Biokin is focused on exploring the combination of 707 and BL-B01D1 as a potential treatment for solid tumors.
