The joint venture will have a registered capital of JPY 4.5 billion (USD 30.5 million), with Astellas holding a 60% stake. The JV will focus on developing a highly precise and reproducible manufacturing process using Maholo, optimizing the digitized manufacturing process with AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
