As a result, CSPC becomes the sole Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) for JSKN003 in mainland China, taking on the clinical development costs while Alphamab retains manufacturing rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JSKN003 is a HER2 targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that utilizes a click reaction, which is considered to offer improved serum stability over conjugates based on the maleimide-Michael reaction.
