Drug Profile<\/strong>
Dupixent, an interleukin-4 (IL-4) receptor alpha antagonist, is already approved in Japan for several conditions, including atopic dermatitis, asthma, chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), nodular prurigo, and chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU).
