Urban hospitals are encouraged to engage in the major decision-making processes of county-level hospitals, aiding in the optimization of management structures, refinement of management policies, development of medium- and long-term plans, and improvement of performance evaluation and salary distribution systems. The goal is to advance the scientific, information-based, standardized, and detailed level of hospital management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondly, the NHC is focusing on bolstering the service capacity of county-level hospitals.
