Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd (SHA: 600276<\/a>), a leading pharmaceutical company based in China, has announced that it has received clinical trial approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for its investigational SHR-4849 injection. The therapy is intended for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biologic preparation, developed in-house, is designed to specifically target and bind to antigens present on the surface of tumor cells, thereby effectively killing the cancer cells. Hengrui has invested a significant amount of RMB 26.32 million in the development of this molecule to date.
