The study will assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of SY-5933 when combined with conteltinib (CT-707), an ALK\/FAK\/PYK2\/IGF1R kinase inhibitor, in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS G12C mutations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Previous Phase I Study Results<\/strong><br>In the Phase I dosage escalation and expansion study concluded in 2024, SY-5933 demonstrated favorable pharmacokinetic profiles in patients and showed significant anti-tumor activity across various KRAS G12C mutation tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer.
