Mechanism of Action<\/strong>
Sonrotoclax is a BCL2 inhibitor designed to block the BCL2 protein, which helps tumor cells survive. Abnormal high expression of the BCL2 protein is widely present in various hematological malignancies, including CLL\/SLL. This protein creates a favorable environment for tumor cells to survive and proliferate by blocking the apoptosis program.
