(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/finance\/quote\/600276:SHA\">SHA: 600276<\/a>) announced that it has received approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) to conduct a clinical study evaluating its investigational drug HRS9531 in adult patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) who have poor blood glucose control despite basic insulin treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HRS9531: Dual Receptor Agonist<\/strong><br>HRS9531 is a novel dual gastric inhibitory polypeptide receptor (GIPR) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. The drug has previously been approved for clinical study in China for weight management and obstructive sleep apnea combined with obesity.
