Specifics such as the unit price have not yet been disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Company Overview and Product Pipeline<\/strong><br>Founded in 2012, Leads Biolabs has built an innovative product pipeline comprising 12 main assets, six of which are in clinical stages. The company&#8217;s portfolio includes LBL-007, an anti-LAG-3 antibody. Previously, in December 2021, Leads Biolabs entered into a licensing agreement with BeOne Medicines Ltd. (NASDAQ: ONC; HKEX: 06160; SSE: 688235, formerly known as BeiGene) for the global development and manufacturing of LBL-007, with exclusive commercialization rights outside China. The deal was valued at up to USD 772 million.
