This long-term partnership builds upon an initial teaching and scientific research cooperation memorandum of understanding signed back in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since the initial agreement, Boehringer Ingelheim has provided annual internship opportunities for doctoral students in medical epidemiology at Peking University, with placements both in China and abroad. The collaboration has encompassed research into skin diseases and sudden infectious diseases, including the treatment of pustular psoriasis (GPP) with spesolimab.
