WinX Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funding and Objectives<\/strong><br>The proceeds from this funding round will be utilized to accelerate the clinical registration of Dessight Biomedical&#8217;s universal microsurgical robot and to advance the commercialization of its ophthalmic surgical robot. This investment aims to reinforce the company&#8217;s technological leadership and expand its portfolio of robotic microsurgical systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Company Background<\/strong><br>Established in July 2021, Dessight Biomedical is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a &#8220;Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative&#8221; SME in Zhejiang Province.
