He was also a member of Takeda&#8217;s Leadership Committee for Growth &amp; Emerging Markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Previous Roles and Achievements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to Takeda, Shan held senior management roles at Pfizer China and AstraZeneca China.
