The deal grants Qilu development, manufacturing, improvement, utilization, and commercialization rights to Mabwell&#8217;s Mailisheng (albipagrastim alfa) in Greater China, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deal Structure<\/strong><br>The agreement could be worth up to RMB 500 million (USD 70 million), including a non-refundable upfront payment of RMB 380 million (USD 53 million) and potential double-digit royalties based on product net sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Product Profile<\/strong><br>Mailisheng is a recombinant human serum albumin-human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) fusion protein. It is designed to reduce the incidence of febrile neutropenia in adult patients with non-myeloid malignancies receiving myelosuppressive anticancer drugs.
