The collaboration involves an exclusive supply and distribution agreement for Zhaoke’s self-developed cyclosporine eye gel, a dry eye treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distribution Agreement<\/strong>
Under the terms of the agreement, Zhaoke Ophthalmology grants Jamjoom Pharma exclusive distribution rights for the product across several Middle Eastern countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. Jamjoom Pharma will take charge of obtaining drug registrations in these regions on behalf of Zhaoke and will be responsible for the exclusive import, promotion, distribution, marketing, and sale of the cyclosporine ophthalmic gel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
