(NASDAQ: ADAG<\/a>), further solidifying their collaboration under the SAFEbody framework. This investment will initiate the third development program within their partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advancing Clinical Trials<\/strong>
The funds will primarily be used to advance the research and development of muzastotug (ADG126), an anti-CTLA-4 SAFEbody, with a particular emphasis on Phase II clinical trials for microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS CRC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaboration Details<\/strong>
Adagene will supply Sanofi with muzastotug for a Phase I\/II study aimed at evaluating the safety, efficacy, pharmacokinetics, and biomarker data when combined with other anticancer therapies. This study will involve over 100 patients with advanced solid tumors.
