It represents the world&#8217;s first peptide inhibitor targeting CCR8, available in formulations at 1%, 3%, and 5% concentrations. Preclinical studies demonstrated high affinity for the CCR8 target, significant therapeutic efficacy in AD when applied topically, and an excellent safety profile.
