Ltd. (&#8220;Kanghua Biological&#8221;, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/finance\/quote\/300841:SHE\">SHE: 300841<\/a>) through an agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acquisition Details<\/strong><br>According to the announcement by Kanghua Biological, Wankexin Biotech intends to acquire 28,466,638 shares of Kanghua Biological. This represents 21.9064% of the total share capital after excluding shares held in the repurchase account. The transaction consideration is up to RMB 1.851 billion.
