(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/finance\/quote\/600276:SHA\">SHA: 600276<\/a>) announced today that it has received clinical trial approval from China&#8217;s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for two new drugs: HRS8179 for injection and HRS-1893 tablets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HRS8179: Targeting Severe Cerebral Edema<\/strong><br>HRS8179 is designed to address severe cerebral edema following large hemispheric infarction, a leading cause of death in stroke patients. The drug works by reducing sodium ion influx, which helps mitigate brain edema formation post-stroke and alleviates cerebral infarction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HRS-1893: Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction<\/strong><br>HRS-1893 tablets are a highly selective small-molecule inhibitor of cardiac myosin. By inhibiting cardiac myosin ATPase activity, the drug aims to normalize myocardial contractility, reduce left ventricular hypertrophy, and improve diastolic compliance.
