The Hong Kong public offering constitutes 10% (around 3.6558 million shares), while the international offering accounts for 90% (around 32.9006 million shares). The offer price is set at HK$18.68 per share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Offering Details<\/strong><br>The subscription period commenced on August 7 and will close at noon on August 12. The shares are expected to officially begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Over-Allotment Option and Trading Information<\/strong><br>The offering includes an over-allotment option for a maximum of 5.4834 million shares. Shares will be traded in board lots of 200, with an entry fee of approximately HK$3,773.68.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IPO Sponsors and Listing<\/strong><br>The joint sponsors for the IPO are CLSA Limited and CICC.
