The company reported revenue of $277.7 million, marking a 9% year-over-year decrease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Business Segment Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oncology\/Immunology Revenue<\/strong>: $143.5 million (H1 2024: $168.7 million), a 4% year-over-year decrease.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other Business Revenue<\/strong>: $134.2 million (H1 2024: $137.0 million), remaining relatively flat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Product Sales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FRUZAQLA (Fruquintinib)<\/strong>: Sales increased to $43.1 million (H1 2024: $42.8 million). Takeda recorded market sales of $162.8 million, up 25%, driven by approvals in over 30 countries, including more than a dozen new markets in 2025. Future growth is expected from the new indication for FRUZAQLA in second-line endometrial cancer and its inclusion in key treatment guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sulanda (Surufatinib)<\/strong>: Sales declined to $12.7 million (H1 2024: $25.4 million) due to competition from new somatostatin analog drugs. Efforts are underway to maintain market position through brand awareness and product differentiation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ORPATHYS (Savolitinib)<\/strong>: Revenue decreased to $9.0 million (H1 2024: $13.1 million) with market sales of $15.2 million, affected by new competing drugs. Growth from the recent approval for EGFR TKI-refractory, MET-amplified non-small cell cancer is yet to be reflected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tazemetostat<\/strong>: Revenue was $0.7 million (H1 2024: $0.5 million), primarily from sales in Hainan and Hong Kong. It was approved in March 2025 and launched in mainland China in July 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partner Collaboration Revenue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Takeda<\/strong>: Upfront payments, regulatory milestone payments, and R&amp;D service revenue totaled $29.5 million (H1 2024: $33.8 million), with $26.6 million recognized as revenue from Takeda&#8217;s deferred income.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AstraZeneca<\/strong>: An $11.0 million milestone payment was received following the approval of the new drug application for the combination therapy of ORPATHYS with Tagrisso in China.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Full-Year Guidance Update<\/strong><br>HutchMed has revised its full-year 2025 guidance for total oncology\/immunology revenue to between $270 million and $350 million.
