Effective from May 1, 2024, the NHC will oversee the management of these resources, with changes to the existing filing process and platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation rules for this policy were detailed in June of the previous year and encompass human genetic resource information, including human genes and genome data derived from the use of human genetic resource materials, excluding clinical data, imaging data, protein data, and metabolic data.
